I strongly disagree with the person who has written these remarks about my company....management of the company is very good,i would like to highlight few points for ur perusal 1.Company management is in no way responsible for how employees feel....coz company management doesn't do ne thing for them,now tell me wud u hold someone responsible for not doing any thing? 2.Managers do not believe in taking credit for themselves....if the project fails they simply point out the developers who were working on it(it's silly why ppl have so many grudges about management)
